This single-level home sits right on the water and offers direct access to the dock, perfect for fishing, kayaking, or simply soaking in the coastal views. Inside, the home features an inviting open layout. The full kitchen is equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. You’ll also find a dining table for two, Roku Smart TVs, and central AC for a comfortable stay. Step outside to your private waterfront patio, complete with seating and a BBQ grill for alfresco dining.
Access to the resort pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and fitness center are available for a resort fee of $90. Mid-stay cleaning is available for $95 upon request.
Located in the gated community of Long Island Village Resort, a peaceful waterfront neighborhood in Port Isabel, this home is surrounded by canals and views of the Laguna Madre. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, and pets are not permitted, outside of service animals. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. All guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. The private washer and dryer is not available for guest use; the community offers a coin-operated laundry. The reservation must be made by someone who is at least 21 years of age.
