Amazing Apartments!!

I absolutely love what the new owners have done to the property. They have completely remodeled and have every upgrade I could hope for! I highly recommend LUX Seaside

Amazing experiences

I've had nothing but amazing experiences here at LUx Seaside. They have been very accommodating and quite prompt with their fixes. The pool area and griling pad are fantastic. I hang out here a lot in the summer with my friends. Five stars from me on this one.

Love Living Here!

I moved here in December 2019 and have seen this property become clean and safe again. The new property manager is attentive, friendly and most importantly professional. When I switched apartments I had a lot of questions and each time the answer was always my goal is to have happy tenants. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Communication is clear and if there is a delay reasonable explanations are provided. I lived here from 2002 to 2013 when it was another name and now… since 2019. The renovated apartments are beautiful and look forward to using the new laundry room. Great place to live.

Highly recommend

We have lived on this property since 2011. The new management is absolutely amazing and super attentive to their tenants. Our newly renovated unit is beautiful. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and efficiently. The manager is amazing and always helpful. I highly recommend renting at the new and improving Lux Seaside
