We just moved in a few weeks ago. Our shower was backing up. I put in a work order and they came the next day. It was repaired. The same day pest control arrived and reassured me of his schedule and that he was available anytime. Office staff is amazing as well as all the staff I came into contact with today.

I was really excited to move in thinking it would be a better experience than I was used to with the apartments I lived in in Corpus but I found it was the same problems but with a higher price tag. In the one year I lived here there were countless men renting out the apartment next door often as many as five or six men at a time in a two bedroom. They were extremely loud and left beer cans and cigarettes all over our patio on a regular basis. We reported it to management twice and nothing... was done. When we were fortunate enough to move out we were charged over 300 dollars in fees for things like dust and dog hair even though we spent an entire day cleaning before we left and paid a 400 dollar fee for our dog and 15 dollars in pet rent every month. I just want to warn everyone that this fee is a scam and is not going to cover any hair or damage that your pet causes. Their answer when I asked what this fee was for if not that was just a fee for the pet to exist there and oh yeah the rent is to. Be aware of this before you move in. Also I suppose you would have to hire a professional cleaning crew to clean when you move out. We have never before had any cleaning fees charged when exiting an apartment but here they will charge you 20 dollars per ceiling fan just to dust it. Just another place that's over priced and looking for every excuse to take more money with nothing special to offer.

Very nice pool area. I love the workout room, it's the best I've ever seen in an apartment complex. It is always very quiet and relaxing here.

The manager and leasing agents were very helpful and friendly. We went to the office on a Monday and was moving in by Wednesday! The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I have a two year old and it's a safe environment for her! The maintenance is on top of their game as well! You report a maintenance problem and it's resolved within 24 hours. I've lived in multiple apartments and this one is by far the best one yet!
