It's just 3 minutes away from Te'Jun, a Cajun restaurant popular among locals, and minutes away from Record's BBQ and T D's BBQ. Conveniently located right off Interstate 35 E, you'll be a quick drive from Country View Golf Club (13 min), Dallas Zoo (18 min), Western Kountry Klub (21 min), Downtown Dallas / Reunion Tower (20 min), Cotton Bowl Stadium/Fair Park (25 min), Dallas Museum of Art (26 min), and AT&T Stadium / Six Flags Over Texas (31 min).
Only registered guests are allowed. No indoor smoking is permitted, and a $500 fine applies for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. The pool waterfall is out of service. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Landscaping is done once a week.
