Military Beware

First person to rent my unit so I allowed myself to have some leeway on expectations. When I got the unit, there were dead bugs everywhere, but I chalked it up to the unit being vacant and simply just cleaned the apartment before I moved in.

During my stay, amenities were often not accessible due to changes in operating hours after my lease was signed, or facilities needing maintenance and having something wrong with them. The pool stayed closed most of the summer that I was there.

What...
completely turned me off from this property is how Military unfriendly they are.

Record short notice PCS orders so I provided orders to terminate lease per service member Relief act, and was charged over $1000 as a fee for not being able to give a 30 day notice which is in nowhere in my lease agreement. This was charged after my final balance at move out was $0.

Amazing The Staff Very Positive And Professional .
One of the standout qualities of this apartment community is how well it is maintained. The grounds are consistently clean, landscaped, and cared for. Common areas such as walkways, parking lots, and shared amenities are always tidy and visually appealing. It’s clear that management takes pride in the appearance of the property, which creates a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and visitors alike.

The apartment itself exceeded...
expectations. The unit was clean, fresh, and move-in ready upon arrival. Appliances were in excellent working condition, and everything from the flooring to the fixtures showed attention to detail. The layout is practical and spacious, offering plenty of room to live comfortably without feeling cramped. Natural light flows nicely through the unit, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day.

I love the leasing office staff, the property, and the amenities. I moved here over a year ago and there have been a lot of community engagement events here and that was very important thing for me. I lived in Downtown HTX before this and I needed a level of normalcy. They check on us, know us by name, and have been amazing with the making me feel at home. Also, everything gets taken care of quickly. Whenever I reach out the response takes 24hrs or less.
