First person to rent my unit so I allowed myself to have some leeway on expectations. When I got the unit, there were dead bugs everywhere, but I chalked it up to the unit being vacant and simply just cleaned the apartment before I moved in.

During my stay, amenities were often not accessible due to changes in operating hours after my lease was signed, or facilities needing maintenance and having something wrong with them. The pool stayed closed most of the summer that I was there.

What... completely turned me off from this property is how Military unfriendly they are.

Amazing The Staff Very Positive And Professional .

The apartment itself exceeded... expectations. The unit was clean, fresh, and move-in ready upon arrival. I love the leasing office staff, the property, and the amenities. I moved here over a year ago and there have been a lot of community engagement events here and that was very important thing for me. I lived in Downtown HTX before this and I needed a level of normalcy. They check on us, know us by name, and have been amazing with the making me feel at home. Also, everything gets taken care of quickly. Whenever I reach out the response takes 24hrs or less.

The apartment is beautiful and the staff are all wonderful!! This is a great place to live!! I would most definitely recommend!!!!!!! 10/10 ??
