Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting this property. Full disclosure is required for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and the booking platform policies.
