The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space downstairs sprawls toward the back deck which overlooks the lovely inner canal. There is a bedroom with a built-in full bathroom with a walk-in shower downstairs and two private bedrooms upstairs with a tub and shower combination. Two kayaks, outdoor dining, and a propane grill adorn the back deck, and the canal is just a few stairs from the deck. For those interested in fishing, there is some starter tackle in the patio closet and a place to clean your catch with a water station.
We welcome your pups with a maximum of two under 40lbs, but no cats are allowed. We ask they stay off furniture and be crated when unattended. There is a pet area with baggies available for you to pick up after them. There is one assigned parking space and you may park an additional vehicle in an unnumbered space.

Guests have access to the entire property except for the upstairs balcony closet and owner's closet. No parties or events are allowed as unauthorized events will automatically forfeit your reservation and any refunds.
