The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space downstairs sprawls toward the back deck which overlooks the lovely inner canal. There is a bedroom with a built-in full bathroom walk-in shower downstairs and 2 private bedrooms upstairs with a tub and shower combination. Two kayaks, outdoor dining, and a propane grill adorn the back deck, and the canal is just a few stairs from the deck. For those interested in fishing, starter tackle is provided in the patio closet, although the state of it cannot be guaranteed as it gets quite a bit of use. There is a place to clean your catch with a water station that you may use, just clean it up after use.
