The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space downstairs sprawls toward the back deck which overlooks the lovely inner canal. There is a bedroom with a built-in full bathroom walk-in shower downstairs and 2 private bedrooms upstairs with a tub and shower combination. Two kayaks, outdoor dining, and a propane grill adorn the back deck, and the canal is just a few stairs from the deck. For those interested in fishing, starter tackle is provided in the patio closet, and there is a place to clean your catch with a water station.
Two pups are welcome with a fee. There is one assigned parking space, and you may park an additional vehicle in an unnumbered space.
Stroll through the fisheries, enjoy the beach with a short drive, and kayak off the included deck on the backside of the property!
Guests must be 25 years or older to book. We welcome your pups, 2 max under 40lbs. No cats. We ask they stay off bedding and furniture and crated when unattended. If there is excessive hair on bedding and furniture, you will incur extra cleaning fees.
