The dedicated dining area is tastefully furnished to give you that chic restaurant setting right here in your home away from home, with a dining table that seats eight. This amazing home features not one but two living rooms, providing a comfortable environment for easy conversation and fun times, complete with couches, coffee tables, a designer rug, flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A foosball table is located in the second-floor living room.
Free parking is available to all guests with a three-car garage and plenty of space on the driveway. If additional space is required, feel free to park on the streets as well. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

San Jacinto Plaza, home to live music events throughout the summer and fall, is just a 7-minute drive away. The Harbor Rockwall overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard is a beautiful place to enjoy the tranquil scenery and it has a lighthouse, just a 15-minute drive away. For those interested in exploring Dallas, noteworthy attractions include the Children’s Aquarium Dallas at Fair Park, a kid-friendly exhibit featuring over 1000 aquatic animals, just a 30-minute drive away.
Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, ensuring a responsible hosting environment. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended. A laptop computer is not included.
