Bayou Bend Apartments

I signed at 12 month lease at these apartments. I only made it 3 months into my lease. On average I was killing 4 to 5 roaches a day. I complained to management multiple times a week and all got was well tell pest control. I have always been a really clean person and never leave food out or anything of that nature. The reach problem was getting out of control. The final straw was when I woke up and there was a roach crawling on my bed. These were the smaller disgusting roaches not the larger… outdoor ones. If you are OK with a more simple country style of living, then maybe this place is for you. I have lived here 4 plus years now and have had no trouble with crime or unscrupulous people as the Rosenberg police respond well and quickly. There is assigned parking here which is very rare to find these days. Although nothing is perfect, the surrounding neighborhood is nice with well kept houses, beautiful trees and the small town feel. The downside is that it is an older complex built in the 1980s… and will have higher energy costs. Great looking property and apartments. I've stayed in a few different plans around the complex, and they were all beyond my expectations. I never want to move!
