This home is equipped with plenty of kitchen basics and supplies, towels, linens, a washer/dryer, and a barbecue grill. Each of the 3 bedrooms has comfortable beds. The primary bedroom retreat features a king-size bed and oversized chair, as well as a 50-inch TV. The large soaking tub is in the primary bathroom, and large showers are in both of the newly remodeled upstairs bathrooms. The kitchen is newly remodeled and includes a gas stove, a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, bakeware, and essential appliances. The second living room features a 55-inch Smart Roku TV and a high-end, super-comfy couch. A portable crib and high chair are available for families.
A $200 pet fee per stay applies to cover extra cleaning.
Enjoy easy access to Austin and all that Round Rock has to offer. This home is minutes from Dell Headquarters, Dell Diamond, Kalahari Waterpark and Resort, and the Play for All Abilities Park. You will have access to one parking space in the garage, plus you can park in the driveway or on the street.
Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed on any furniture or beds. Please let us know about each of your pets and tell us things like whether they shed, if they chew, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. Please make sure you've checked for any potential small spaces under the fence for any escape-prone animals. Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of barking, especially at night. Roku TVs are loaded with apps and accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Peacock. There is no live TV or cable access, but you are welcome to load your own apps to the TVs. The gas fireplace is not functional.
