The private dock is located to the left upon exiting from the back door; please use only this dock and refrain from trespassing on neighbors' property. The nightly rate includes the first six guests; each additional guest incurs a $29/night fee. The outdoor fireplace is wood-burning, and guests must obtain written approval before use. The indoor fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used by those familiar with its operation and never left unattended. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube; guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. A noise alert device is installed to measure decibels and alert if noise levels are exceeded; privacy is respected as the device does not record or store sound data.
