Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations.
