Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. With each guest beyond the first six, a $29/night fee will be applied.
