The home's sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and sofa bed on the first floor, a second bedroom with a queen bed on the first floor, and additional bedrooms on the second floor featuring king-size beds, sofa beds, and bunk beds. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Relax in the large living room with a 75” Smart TV and sound system, or enjoy cold nights by the gas/wood fireplace. The playroom features a pool/billiard table and a 55” Smart TV, while the media room offers a full-size pull-out sofa bed, a 65” Smart TV, and an office desk for work-cations.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The base nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. Parking is available on the right side of the driveway.

If the majority of the adults in your group are under 25, an additional refundable damage deposit of $750 is required. No events or parties are allowed. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer and once a week during the rest of the year. Security cameras are installed at the front door and garage for your safety. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit.
