It includes a large dining table, a kitchen bar area, and a breakfast nook. The large living room features a 75” Smart TV and sound system, and you can enjoy cold nights by the gas/wood fireplace. The home also boasts a Play Room with a Pool/Billiard Table, a 55” Smart TV, and a bathroom with a shower bath combo. Additionally, there is a Media Room with a full-size pull-out sofa bed, a 65” Smart TV, games, books, and puzzles, as well as an office desk for work-cations. All linens and towels are provided.
Parking is available for up to 5 cars, with 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No events or parties are allowed on the property. Smoking or vaping is not allowed at the house or near open doors or windows. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, but cigarette butts must be thrown in the trash. If the majority of adults in your group are under 25, an additional refundable damage deposit of $750 is required. If everyone in your group is under 21, alcohol is not permitted on the property. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could cost part or all of the security deposit and potentially lead to non-refundable cancellation.
