Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The base nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. Parking is available for up to 5 cars, with 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and any violation of house rules could result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced, and the property features security cameras for safety. House-trained pets are allowed with a fee, and any stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
