The Rowlett Creek Preserve (located 15 minutes away) offers a 15.6-mile-long trail, and Lakeside Park is just 10 minutes away. Additionally, Firewheel Town Center is just 15 minutes away in neighboring Garland.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations.
