There are also many local parks and trails nearby. It’s also 40 minutes to DFW Airport and 30 to downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, The Sixth Floor Museum, the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens and Dallas World Aquarium. AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, is a 50 min drive. Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark is 11 minutes away, and the Waterview Golf Club is just 6 minutes away. The Rowlett Creek Preserve (located 15 minutes away) offers a 15.6-mile-long trail, and Lakeside Park is just 10 minutes away. Firewheel Town Center is just 15 minutes away in neighboring Garland.
This house accepts only 30+ day rentals. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No street parking is allowed due to city parking regulations. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are allowed. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. A noise alert device has been installed in our home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. The fireplace is gas operated, and guests should only use it if familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that they are doing so at their own risk. Please do not leave it unattended at any time. Plenty of body towels are offered for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
