This executive home features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and open-concept living area that leads out to your private outdoor patio, grill, and pool. You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib, highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. The backyard is entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool, sitting/dining area, and hammock. Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 on the street.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, and starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars.
