The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed with a 43” smart TV, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed and Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Bed, Bedroom 4: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds, and Bedroom 5: Queen Bed. This executive home features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and open-concept living area that leads out to your private outdoor patio, grill, and pool. You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib, highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. The backyard is entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool, sitting/dining area, and hammock.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool is not heated.

The property does not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
