Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool is not heated. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, but there are no cameras inside the house. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden.
