Super Clean and hallways smell so good!
I would recommend this apartment 100%!

I recently toured and considered this community, but my experience raised several red flags.

First, the property itself showed signs of poor upkeep. The hallways were not clean, and I personally saw large roaches in more than one area during my visit. That is not something anyone should encounter when viewing an apartment.

Second, communication with management has been frustrating. There were issues around renter’s insurance where I was told I didn’t have coverage, only to later find out it... was an internal error on their side. This mistake caused me to be double-charged for insurance until it was eventually resolved.

Third, promises were made that were never followed through. For example, I was told a bedroom carpet issue would be addressed at move-in and that a free carpet cleaning would be done for renewal — neither of which happened. Yet, I am now being billed for a full carpet replacement.

Lastly, something that stood out to me is the inconsistency of the reviews for this property. When I first looked, there were a number of negative reviews. Later, many of those seemed to disappear, leaving mostly positive ones. It makes it hard to know what’s accurate, and I think it’s important that future renters see the full picture.

Overall, the combination of pest issues, broken promises, and questionable review practices left me very uneasy about renting here. I strongly recommend future renters look closely and ask questions before committing.

I have genuinely never loved living anywhere more. Carrie and the office team are so amazing. I genuinely love how diverse the complex is and how welcoming everyone is. I feel safe and taken care of. So thankful to of found The View! Carrie makes sure everything is clean, everyone is taken care of and genuinely is the kindest soul I have ever met. TY so much for allowing a safe space for our baby girl to grow up!
