Best manager ever!

Tina has been amazing since the minute we met her! She was really easy to work with. She got us into our apartment fast and hassle free. She has taken care of every single one of our needs in a timely manner. The community is great! It is on the perfect location, right by the lake!

Great place to live!

Living at Water's Edge has been a great experience. It is a quiet and welcoming place to call home. Everything I have needed has been taken care of quickly and Tina in the front office is always so sweet and helpful. She is always willing to answer questions and help out. I could not ask for a better place to call my home!

Great Apartments!

Tina is an excellent landlord and has made my recent move to Water's Edge very easy. She is very responsive and has made my move to Texas a breeze. As for the apartments, they are clean, safe and are in an excellent location. You have easy access to both the turnpike and Rockwall County. Rowlett is also a great neighborhood and I am glad to have found this place!
