Free parking is available in the 2-car garage. If additional parking space is needed, guests may park on the neighborhood streets as well. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay).

Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The nightly rate includes the first six guests. A $29/night fee will be applied for each additional guest. The fireplace and spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Plenty of body towels are offered for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. To comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in this home. This device does not record nor store sound data and only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
The 5th bedroom with the sofa bed also doubles as an office with a desk and chair.
