Cockroaches, crappy management.

The management has a truck to come by and tow tenants cars away. Cockroaches, management will let themselves into your apartment without your ok.maintenance doesn’t speak any English so you can’t explain to him what the problems are with the apartments.

Apologies for such a bad experience! We have new management in the office and new maintenance now. The roaches were an issue, but we have worked with pest control to get them gone.

Worst place to live

This is the worst apartment to live in San Angelo. Very dirty. Rats and cockroaches everywhere. Dog poop all over the surroundings. If you live downstairs, oh my gosh you will develop high blood pressure. The manager is a nightmare. She's very rude and arrogant. She looks down on people. Don't ever live here. Too bad

We would love to speak with you in reference to your comments. We have not had any complaints from any of our tenants in reference to these matters, so if you are in fact a resident, we would love to speak with you. If you have time today, please... stop by the office and we would be happy to sit down with you about any issues you are having. We are a pet-friendly property, and we have doggie stations around the property for tenants to use while walking their dogs. In addition, we have two maintenance men that work at this particular property and clean it on a daily basis. The pest control company comes out every Thursday to service our property. If for any reason, you do not feel comfortable speaking with the Property Manager, you may contact our property in Galveston at 409-744-4573. We are a family owned business and take pride in our properties, and our tenants are our first priority.

Current resident

October '17 the owners of Resort at Riverside opted to enhance curb appeal, I suppose, by placing solar screens. In doing so the owners demanded all the tenants remove the window AC units the tenants purchased to combat the brutal summers in West Texas. We tenants purchase window units for the bedrooms due to no HVAC units. The Resort at Riverside supplies a wall inserted AC/heater unit in the living room that does not cool the bedrooms nor bathroom. I signed a new lease for a year due to the... decent relationship. I pay my rent on time every month, I never had a problem with the complex nor the owners. Now I feel trapped. I have a problem with being bullied. It is 1:34 am and I can't sleep again! I have work tomorrow and I'm HOT AGAIN!!!
