Pets are allowed with a fee of $20 per pet per night for 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for 8-29 nights, or $300 flat rate for 30 nights or more. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Outdoor security cameras cover entrances of the house for security such as the front door, garage, side door, backyard door, and backyard entrance. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. A fireplace does not work.
