The Renter Application process includes a background and credit check for each occupant that is paid by the applicants. Final approval of lease depends on income verification showing 3x the rent income (via employment contracts, pay statements, and bank statements from all applicants), written acknowledgement of non-smoking of any substance, positive referrals from your employer, references and the prior landlords of each applicant. Once approved, the deposit will be due to secure the lease. Two days prior to the move in date, any pet deposits and the first month's rent are due. Any Wire Transfer Fees are the responsibility of the Renter/Tenant and will be charged back accordingly.

Tenants must keep the house and premises clear of debris, pet waste, etc.
