Gasper holds an Associates degree in Criminal Justice from San Antonio College and a BAS degree in Public Administration from Wayland Baptist University. Gasper now owns several businesses including, San Antonio's Finest Realty, Texas Leasing Specialist and Grand Welcome San Antonio. The same dedication to service and integrity he brought to his country and community, he now brings to his clients and customers.
