I moved here one year ago, and after unpacking my last box, I know l am home. "There's no place like home"! This is the best place to live, it has so many amenities, but for me is the full size washer and dryer, with no more racing to the community laundry. The staff is available with a smile, or a short visit to ask about your day, they make me feel special. The apartment I have is perfect for my needs, easy to keep and maintenance is there when you need something done, from changing a light... bulb, to keeping our facility looking beautiful. I whole-heartedly recommend Affinity!! I think you won't find anything around as affordable with what they offer here, when your on a fixed income. But my last word is; you will find so much enjoyment meeting and making special friends! They become Your extended family.!!

Secure, comfortable, convenience
Monthly rent includes all utilities, wi fi, cable tv. Two sets of stairs and two elevators, for each of the four floors of apartment.Key phob required for apt entrance, mail indoors, Several fun activities and many amenities. Full-size kitchen appliances, washer/dryer in each apt, mail room indoors, trash collection indoors Dog friendly: my dog has many people friends and people friends that she meets regularly at the dog park:). This is my safe and happy home, with lots of laughs and... good times with my friends here at Affinity Monterey Village:)
