We have had 4 months of no ac and heating. They say to put in a work order but they just put it in progress status. The staff is rude unprofessional and untrustworthy. I had to reach out to their management team to get them to get someone to come and fix it. They charge you do pest control , trash and all sort of fees and the do not keep up with any. Bugs everywhere, no cleaning, crimes ect. Do t let their offers think it’s a good idea. You will be miserable.

don’t move here
Just one month after I moved in, the sewer was clogged, the toilet was leaking, cockroaches were infested, and I heard rats on the wall. The problem of reaction has not been resolved, and even caught several rats. Water cuts and no hot water are common occurrences. It was too bad.

Horrible
This is my first time renting and it should’ve been a red flag to me when I couldn’t afford it and they still let me rent. I live with roommates so it’s affordable but it’s definitely not worth the price. We’re constantly putting in work orders on things more than two times a month. When we first moved in the water was brown and had to fix our own bathtub to get it to work. My apt is right by the laundromat and it always smells rancid. When the pool was open it would rarely get cleaned and on... the weekends when the office was closed it would turn green. Never again
