Nicest Leasing Agents Ever

The leasing agents helped me move in ASAP and were insanely helpful and educating in the process as this is one of the first places by myself. Outstanding customer service, old school manners, and a little hustle

As a former property manager, I am compelled to share how truly impressed I am with the current staff. I was starting to think basic manners, empathy, courtesy were a thing of the past- until my first interaction with Miss Georgia, whose middle.name might be "go the extra mile" and while making it seem effortless. The property is clean and the location is so convenient. Whether it is your 1st apartment where you begin living your life or your 1st apartment in the next chapter of your life,… either way I feel at ease with what Westland has going on at Altitude, simplicity and genuineness goes a long way. At Altitude, attitude is everything!

Excellent Agents and units

I came into Altitude apartments as part of my research until I found an apartment. Since I walked into the leasing office Georgia greeted me with a smile and although she was with another potential resident she ensured I felt welcomed. Units are in great shape and the location is perfect.

Just keep searching…

The owners and staff do not care what issues you have, and nothing will be taken care of. Out of date units, ACs, furnaces, appliances, lots of break ins or just neglectful technicians leaving doors open, plus MAJOR pest issues. Save your time and money, just go somewhere else…
