How Is This Rating Determined?

You get what you pay for.

The rent is cheap but you get what you pay for. No carpet in a lot of the units, the linoleum is very worn out so even after mopping well, it still looks dirty. Some of the tenants tend to be on the rowdy side. Playground definitely needs renovation. They have a big focus on community which I like though. All in all, The West Avenue Apartments are decent.
