Just moved out after a year here. Warning: the model looks 100 times better than the actual apartment you will live in. At first the apartment seemed pretty good, but after about three months our bathroom and kitchen became infested with small roaches. Also started noticing that the kitchen cabinets were literally falling off the wall and bugs were living in the little crack inside them crawling all over our dishes. The vinyl wood flooring is so cheap that the weight of our couch and bed ripped… it. All of this we just dealt with but the final straw was that about 3 months before the end of our lease fire ants started coming our of our outlets and my one year old and myself we're constantly being bitten. We left with a $290 charge for damages. I'm not writing this review out of anger but as an honest review, this place is not worth it's price. For months I had their exterminator come in and treat my apartment. Constantly! And the treatments did absolutely nothing!My boyfriend and I both got sick from being around these things all the time. I even hired an exterminator to come in and take a look at my apartment and I was told that more than likely, the place had been infested before we had even moved in. Sure enough, the survey I turned in to the office the day after I moved in stated (in my handwriting), "roaches in every room." Fast… forward to the month before moving out, I basically left with whatever I could grab that didn't have holes or wasn't hollow. Anything that was in a bag was thrown into a washer, along with the bag. My dishes had to be bleached because I had the apartment fogged before packing (and still, there were roaches roaming around). The last night I was there throwing things away, a resident told me that I should have gone to my doctor and lied about having severe reactions to these roaches and that was the only way she was able to get the staff at this apartments to help keep her unit roach free...

I'm so appalled at these apartments they're literally falling apart!! And they're a fire hazard electrical problems and roaches for days..don't move in!!!
