DO NOT RENT FROM LYND COMPANY PROPERTY. on top of nothing ever getting fixed and the "bugs" the ethics are terrible. I moved in before I was working in San Antonio so I paid an extra $400 on top of the deposit, which I was happy to do since I was looking for employment, but this place had water damage, the yard people kept blowing all the leaves onto my patio. The maintenance guys regularly plugged-in to my electricity from my patio to do work on the property. I just gave up after the feral... cats moved into my patio on the bed of leaves i could not keep the lawn guys from blowing into my patio. I moved out a year ago, never got a call back and they just sent $1000 to collections, even though they have my work number and work email and personal email and I never got a bill! Although, they were well aware that they never cleaned my rugs after a the dishwasher broke and plumber dumped dirty water into the rugs, I called monthly from September to May when I moved out. They also did not come back and clean it When the stinky air conditioner broke and dumped more muck on the rugs. They didn't come and shampoo rugs either time! We had to live like that! They also kept my deposit and the extra Deposit of $400 and now are charging me with fake items even though I gave 60 day notice, paid my last month rent in good faith thinking they would send me back my deposit and $400 but no and no one showed up for my move out checklist! DO NOT RENT AT A LYND COMPANY PROPERTY. On top of horrible service and ethics it has been over 2 months since I have moved out and I have not received my deposit or any notification as to why I haven't received it. I have tried contacting them for weeks and no one will respond. This is the absolute worst management company I have ever dealt with.

You cannot ever get in touch with the offsite management since they changed management companies. They say they will fix things, but they never get fixed. It is a beautiful complex but the management issues makes it the most frustrating place I have ever had to deal with. Because of the non-existent management and the items never getting fixed, we will be moving out of this apartment complex.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, LYND MANAGEMNT HORRIBLE...CALL THE NUMBER NOW, IT WILL SAY THE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. THEY BLAME EVERYTHING ON LAST MANAGEMENT COMPANY BUT EVERYTHING IS WORSE SINCE THEY TOOK OVER!
