Avalon Apartments

Avalon apartments are a bit dated but upgrades are continually being done. The maintenance and office personnel are very helpful and courteous. Before moving here I spent 2 months looking for the best value and Avalon takes the cake. Not only do you get covered parking but a washer and dryer in the unit. The complex is gated and very quiet and close enough to everything. It has been a wonderful three years the only reason I am leaving is due to relocation. Thanks for a great experience Avalon!!!

I've been staying here for a little over a year and I've never had any trouble. Maintenance is quick to help and is friendly. Managers speak every day with a smile. Nicely maintained and great neighbors. No loud music and pool is nice for an afternoon. Parking isn't bad unless you work real late hours. Rent isn't too bad and I haven't had a reason to want to leave yet!

I lived here for 1.5 years and have only positive remarks. The staff is so friendly. One of ghe managers, Melonye is so sweet, always making conversation when you come into the office. They are incredibly efficient at work requests. I submit a work request at 9 pm, and the problem is fixed by 12 the next day. The area is quiet and family friendly. You can periodically hear children playing outside, but it's never disruptive. The gate surrounding the apartment grounds only malfunctioned once and… was fixed immediately. These apartments are awesome! They are older but well maintained by the maintenance crew and they're constantly upgrading apartments. I felt safe living there even though the surroundings off Austin hwy. are not the safest. Had problems with noise every now and then you would have a selfish neighbor making to much noise but it wasn't a huge issue. All in all its a great place and a awesomely amazing great location!
