1. Location is extremely convenient everything you really need is 3 miles away or less and the elementary school is 0.3 miles away.
2. The schools belonging to the apartments are above average, the area is pretty calm and neighbors are nice.
3. Apartment prices are reasonable and more affordable then others. Renting deposit was $200 and pet deposit is $150 plus$10 monthly fee which is way lower than in other apartments.
4. Grounds are... well kept and clean, parking is never an issue, pest control is taken very seriously and garbage is never overflowing. ( bonus they have an on site police officer.)
5. The current office staff,(Norma, Cat, and Sam) and maintenance team is amazing. Their positive attitudes, strong work ethics and good communication skills have been very admirable and refreshing to us. They provide great customer service. We’ve become really fond of them and its very pleasant to see them around. They are also very fast and efficient at answering questions and fixing problems.

That being said Id like to say Maintenance is the real jewel of this place; both Ken and Stanley are very humble, optimistic, accountable, hard working and diligent individuals. They truly know how to delegate work between each other to get things done. They are fully committed to their job, and are innovative when it comes down to fixing things. They constantly provide us with fast friendly service; self taught these guys have some epic problem solving skills when it comes down to fixing things. They know how to manage their time wisely for the number of apartments that they have to maintain. They are great at listening and good communicators. They know how to empathize with the residents and show it. My heater and a/c have always been fixed when needed. Again that being said it saddens me to hear that some of the staff is leaving, who ever is hired next will have very big shoes to fill in.

Not too expensive for what you get. There is no need to complain. You are getting what you paid for. I enjoy living here and I have no complaints.

The tub was painted over, and now is coming apart, their are little cockroaches in the kitchen, it makes me never want to cook at home, because when I do, they come out more :/ I really want to move complex's, but haven't since money is tight, and I'm paying to go to college. So I deal with it.

Bandera Crossing great place to.live. Maintenance issues handled in 3 days or less. Neighbors good, friendly. Rent reasonably priced, good location near shopping and entertainment.
