It’s really clean, the people are quiet, trash is usually really fast. I haven’t had a chance to check out the club house except for the tour but it seems really nice, I haven’t enjoyed my new home thus far and hope that continues for the future

Just moved in, I like the atmosphere Birdsong provides but didn’t like moving into a dirty apartment. I wish there was access to the on property dumpsters for residents only.
