Just moved in, I like the atmosphere Birdsong provides but didn’t like moving into a dirty apartment. I wish there was access to the on property dumpsters for residents only.

I really love the Birdsong but there are a few things that get overlooked.
The dog park is going downhill and there is a lot of dog poo in the grass throughout the complex.
Some of the down pipes for the gutters are disconnected.

Finally home! I’ve been wanting to get back to Leon Springs for over a year. Being able to find my perfect little home here at Birdsong fits the bill!! Beautiful little community tucked away here in Leon Springs. Peaceful, clean, perfect amenities… it has it all.

I love the community and everything it has to offer!! Everyone is so friendly and the leasing staff are super organized and professional! The pool and clubhouse are perfect for entertaining. The food trucks are a nice touch.
