founds roaches during walk through before leasing
We first really liked the location of this place but they were all over the place. Took weeks to finally see the unit we were gonna move into, they showed us demo units and other units but never ours. When they did we found 3 roaches all in different rooms, less then 5 minutes into a freshly renovated and “move-in” ready unit. Barbara assured me that the roaches are active because they’ve sprayed pesticides 3 times in the three weeks it took to get the apartment ready for my and my family. When... I asked her how they were still getting in she let me know no apartment is 100% sealed. They kept trying to have us sign the lease before viewing the unit and we are so glad we didn’t. Would not recommend.
