Canyon Oaks

We helped my mother-in-law lease an apartment at Canyon Oaks, and I have to say, this community really impressed me — especially coming from someone who also works in property management. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The apartment was spotless and move-in ready, and we walked in to find all the lights on and the AC running — such a thoughtful touch that instantly made it feel like home. The property itself is beautifully maintained, and you can tell the team truly cares.... Ralph in maintenance was kind and welcoming, and Lillia, the manager, was on top of every detail and quick to respond to any questions. Never doubted for one minute, from the leasing team to the maintenance men, they take care of their tenants. Pool is always clean for us to swim and someone is always ready to answer the phone in the office. Thank you , I enjoy staying here

Beautifully landscaped and quiet. Safe with my family, the kids play great and the neighbors are caring. On site courtesy officer make us feel safe, very personable and professional.
