The community is very safe and friendly. The neighbors are welcoming, the property is well maintained, and the staff is responsive whenever something is needed. I feel comfortable living here and would recommend it.

I love the colonnade apartments! We’ve had no issues, no one bothers each other. Maintenance is quick and I love that they’re starting to be more interactive

Apartment very spacious I love how big my closets,rooms and living room are the community it’s very peaceful and the pool it’s beautiful and the parking it’s not bad.

Been here for a couple of years, office staff friendly and maintenance is great. Parking has gotten better but still have people parking along fence when there’s enough parking.

Great! And maitmence services are timely
! We have a 5 year old and she loves the pool! Also theres constantly events being held for the community allowing for networking opportunities
