My experience here has been okay but I do have some complaints. We have been having a lot of issues with the AC but maintenance always comes to resolve it so I cannot complain too much about that. Also, my unit in particular is super noisy. The AC unit outside is very loud and when the upstairs neighbor turns on the shower, it makes a very loud waterfall noise that is deafening. My baby does not sleep well because of it. In the morning, the leaf blower guy makes a lot of noise and takes his time... . Basically, there is an awful lot of noise daily. It’s terrible.
