Comfortable Living on a Budget
Contessa Townhomes has only 22 units situated on a dead-end street, which keeps the noise and traffic down. the downstairs has tile flooring and the rest is carpeted (except the bathroom.) The closets are spacious.
Contessa is an older property that has seen better days, but because of its age, it has amenities that are hard to find in a much more expensive property. All parking is first come, first served, but more than half of the spaces are covered. That's a definite advantage when you get... into your car at 4 PM on a summer day.
In spite of the dead-end street, Contessa is well situated. NorthStar Mall is about a mile south, the airport is about 2 miles east, highway 281 runs just past the airport and loop 410 runs just north of the Mall. So you are minutes from a major artery, shopping, or a plane trip.
