They coerce you into writing 5 star reviews
I had posted a review about the awful transfer process and mismangement of my lease, and instead of making things right, they keep removing/flagging reviews and covering up negative reviews with positive ones. This company was late with communicating my lease and moved me into a unit that still needs fixes and they did not even give me the lease length I wanted. I did not get the lease documents until move in. That's when they added a prorated fee and then flagged it as deliquent without notice.

Managerial Incompetence/Policy Enforcement
Towed my car from a parking spot that did not have any designations or signage to indicate that it was a no parking zone. No fire hydrants or any indicators whatsoever were present to identify this parking space with white lines as a no parking zone. The management did nothing to rectify this. I’m researching my legal options in this matter.

I’ve lived here for a few years. I love my view. It is rather quiet and you almost forget you are living in the city. The swimming pool is nice and the fitness center isn’t bad.
