Coral Gables Apartments

I have lived in these apartments for sometime and have never seen any Rats and if I see roaches which are a native of Texas and are everywhere I call the office and they have the exterminator out to resolve the problem. I have renewed my lease because the New Owner are repairing and fixing up these vintage apartment. I love my apartment it is so warm and inviting.

We lived in a 2 bedroom and my little boy was so scared to go to the dumpster. It was always full and never emptied. He told me one time mom there is a big rat on top of the dumpster and he refused to go. One day I was pulling in to the apts and seen that big rat. Never again did I make him go to the dumpster. The roaches were so bad here and when we complained to the manager she would promise to get it taken care of. I am a single mom with a child and the manager never fixed anything. I worked... really hard to pay my bills and rent and we lived like a dog in that apt. I have moved from there and live in a really nice place. You don't know how bad something is until you move into something nice. I would not recommend these apts, the manager will not fix anything and there is so many roaches and rats. Read More

My wife and I were looking for an apt and was told to not rent here but went and looked anyway. The outside is run down and the inside of the apt was just awful. We were shown apt 6 on the end where the dumpster is. First of all the smell was just awful and the roaches when I opened the cabinet were everywhere. If that wasn't enough my wife opened the closet and there was black mold all the way up the wall. Of course the apt manager said these things would be fixed. I have lived here for over 3 years and love it. I have no problems getting work done when needed. It is quite and peaceful with a great atmosphere. I don't understand the bad reviews I have read.

We moved in in November 2014 and have had and continue to have many maintenance issues. The issues range from broken things, missing fixtures to no hot water and no air filter. Our lease is up in October and we dont want anyone to go through this. Apt management has ignord our requests for 8 months.
