LEASING OFFICE

This past Saturday 5/25/19, I was visiting from out of town and decided to take a look at some apartments. Upon entering the leasing office I inquired about the availability of a 1 bedroom apartment which I was told was unavailable at this time. So I asked if any two bedrooms were available and and I was told yes. When I asked to see a model the woman in the leasing office was very rude and told me no she cannot leave the office to go show me the apartment. I was told since she was the only one... there she couldn't leave. Her attitude and demeanor was very unpleasant throughout my whole visit. You certainly lost a prospective tenant. My advice would be to hire someone a bit more customer friendly. I was truly disappointed.

Thank you for the review. Often times on the weekends our leasing office is only staffed with one individual. For safety purposes the leasing agent cannot leave the office if that is the case. Customer service is our top priority and we are... sorry that this information was not conveyed in a way you were expecting. If you would like to call and make an appointment next time you are in town we'd love to show you around.

Awesome living!!!

Update: I've been living at Costa Almadena for a month. I absolutely love it here! I love that they have caring management. Everytime I go into office these ladies are busy trying to make the community better as well as our friendly maintenance guys. The apts are quiet at night and during the day the children are at play, I love sitting on balcony watching them. Everyone is friendly here. When I first moved in I had so many people offer to help me. Which was so unexpected! It is very beautiful... here as well! I hope everyone does their part to keep our community clean. It is our duty as residents to keep our community looking beautiful as well. Again a big Thank you Costa Almendena!

Calm Apartment Complex

I haven't had any problems so far just this one time they left a note on my door saying i had paid my rent late (which I didn't). I confronted them about it and the manager didn't even apologize she just told me to disregard the note, and when i went to the office to pay my utility bill, she still was trying to charge me the late fees for paying my rent late! I cleared that up with her and told her they need to stay on top of their payment posting because no one likes to get home to such a note... after a long day at work. Other than than all is good, nice people, pretty calm.
