Amazing Community
Costa Bella has truly made a great impression on me. The office staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive whenever I need assistance. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in what they do. One thing that really stands out is that they display their awards right in the front office. Knowing we have an award-winning team managing the community is very comforting and reassuring. It gives me confidence that we’re in good hands and that the level of service here... is something they work hard to maintain.

Amazing property!
I moved jn just a little while ago and the new management (KNIGHTVEST) has been a god send! Brianna and Ashlee in the office are always there to answer any questions and the maintenance team is incredible! I put in a work order in the morning and by the EOD it is completed! Amazing service and would recommend to anyone looking to move to San Antonio!

Not luxury living
Costa Bella has been a nightmare—constant noisy neighbors and a scorpion infestation that even stung me. Management (Clarissa & Ashlee) ignored my concerns for months and now refuse to waive my lease break fee, even though this is affecting my health. Unsafe, unprofessional, and not worth living here.
