Been here for almost 9 years and overall good experience. Maintenance is usually quick to fix things as needed. Only issue is our hallway can get nasty from the trash pick up so it would be nice to have them cleaned more often but overall great location and would recommend to others.

Been great living here. Management and maintenance are responsive and helpful. Few minor issues but that happens no matter where you live, the fact management handled it so well was the important part.

I love it here. I’ve lived here a little over a year. Maintenance can be really *on it* for some things… but other things, not so much. It helps to know the people working in the office if it is a glaring issue but even then understand it gets busy and things still might slip through the cracks because people are human. I keep a very clean place so don’t have any pest issues, I also live on the top floor. Utility bill is decent, water bill is fair. Great apartments.

I have lived at Dwell for about a month. The amenities are numerous. I enjoy the fact that the property has easy access to both Hwy 281 and Loop 1604.
