Robbed Twice - Zero Stars

I moved into the complex in August, robbed in October. I was robbed a second time and only because the police were on site investigating another storage unit break in. My locks were changed without notification, no one contacted me. I got the keys opened the units to find them robbed a second time.

Asked to break my lease due to feeing unsafe and within a timely manner to him to say it would cost me two months rent. Amazing service. RUN Dont walk away from here, HORRIBLE. Don’t not give them... your money.

Burglaries

We moved here in July. Staff and maintenance are kind and responsive. Complex is relatively clean.
The last 2 nights there were property thefts. Apartment neighbor got their tires stolen. Our storage unit and others were broken into. We didn’t find out until we went to storage to get our child’s birthday party supplies and we couldn’t get into the unit. Office ended up sharing that it was broken into. Management never notified us. SAPD came. Office said they’d don’t plan on putting more cameras.... SAPD said a unit had an $800 bike stolen.
Extremely disappointed and insulted at the lack of notification from Eckhert crossing staff about the burglary of our unit. Electronics, family heirlooms gone forever.
If you plan on moving here, know it’s not safer than anywhere else in San Antonio for your stuff or peace of mind
