How Is This Rating Determined?

Great Place

Moved in a few months ago and I have had some issues with the Internet which is normal with a new building. Positive thing regarding this issue is that the office staff has been very quick to assist in getting any issues resolved as quick as possible. I absolutely have had a great experience living here let's all be patient as things will fall into place this is a new property nothing in life is perfect. Give office staff a break as they are doing a great job. The experience I have had at Eleven... West is a 5 star for their hard work and dedication. This place is gorgeous I will definitely recommend to friends, family and co-workers for sue.
