Executive Apartments

They want to charge you $25 for covered parking but only have 11 non covered parking spots, for a whole complex. They want you to pay your rent but they refuse to fix anything. They AC/Heater has not worked for a year so everyone that wants an AC has to buy their own unit and they will deduct it once from your rent when you shouldn’t have even needed to buy one in the first place. Don’t give them your money they don’t care and don’t appreciate it. The District Manager is extremely rude and... slammed the office door in my face when I didn’t get loud and argue with her like she wanted. She even threatened eviction for something that wasn’t even my fault. The office lady is cool but don’t move here. There are possums, rats, and roaches. They’re doing their best to get rid of them but a neighbor that has lived here for the last 10 years said that there has always been roaches, rats, and possums, and the AC has NeVER worked. Just save yourself the heartache. If that’s not enough, homeless people try to break into your mailbox and get in your apt buildings. They have already broken into one or two apts here.
