The beautiful swimming pool you see in the promo photos is not the reality. The pool is actually in constant disrepair, with obvious mechanical failure of the filtration equipment. Tree leaves and debris cover the surface of the pool and sticks, leaves and debris litters the bottom of the pool. Residents are charged an amenity fee and the pool is not functional.

I was very hesitant about homes that share a wall but I don’t hear the neighbors at all. The houses have a good size yard which is hard to find. It’s peaceful and quiet but everyone is very friendly when they’re out walking. Maintenance does a great job at addressing concerns and they do it with a smile on their face. I love it here!
