Best Place to Call Home

Katherine, Sonja, Demetrius, Ronald, Jose, Pedro, Eddie, Christina, Beatrice are an amazing staff. Best place to live. I will definitely be renewing. I have never had another manager provide me with her personal number like Katherine has. Everyone is awesome. If anything breaks it gets taken care of immediately. Everyone is so nice and polite. I definitely love this place. I'm a complainer but I have no complaints here.

Disappointed

Very bad Manganement team,Unsafe community living experience and Theft of packages. I do not recommend anybody to move to this apartments.

Up Charges and noise issues

The walls and floors are too thin and the neighbor’s are inconsiderate with their music and partying. I never slept well. They charge for trash valet service but it is anything but valet. They show up at 9:30PM and throw everyone’s trash cans around in the breezeways and leave them laying there. You are expected to put your can away by 9:00AM or they will actually FINE YOU $25. They for you to use their Spectrum package which was more than twice what I was paying on my own. They for e you to pay… your rent via their resident portal and charge $35 service fee, or you can be highly inconvenienced and have to go pay at Walmart or HEB and the service fee is a bit lower. The hot water doesn’t ever truly get hot. I don’t recommend this place.

Great Place to Live!

Great place to live. Here is just one of many reasons why. I'm very impressed with Eddie and Pedro, the powerhouse maintenance team! These guys are on top of it and were get to the core issue and fix anything that needs it. They get it right the first time around. They are very respectful and always smiling and waving at a member of the community. They call me by my first name, and that's impressive!

All in all, I feel like I'm at home with at Firewheel

Amazing Staff

Christina was the best leasing agent i have dealt with ever! Very nice and Welcoming! She had a lot of information. She even called to thank me for going on a tour! Katherine the property manager was very nice too!
