When I first moved in, the team was INCREDIBLE. That’s why we moved there. Then they changed. And everything became awful. Patti and Maria are extremely unprofessional and hard to work with, they don’t respond to calls or emails for weeks, if they even respond. I’ve been asking for a copy of my lease for 3 months, still never got it. There’s so many places to live in San Antonio, PICK ANYWHERE ELSE.

I was looking to move after my current lease was up from a different company, so when I heard brandie had moved to a different location I contacted her. Brandie and her team were so helpful in helping me find the perfect 2 bedroom apartment that was in my price range. The area is great and easy accessible and the amenities our great.

Hardy Oak has been the best apartment experience I've had. Management is prompt and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet while being close to great schools and a grocery store. The apartment itself has lots of natural light and has an open feel with great amenities.

This has been my favorite complex to live at by far. The neighborhood is quiet, and the amenities are nice. Management has always been great, but they've recently stepped up their communications and events, which has been great.

Origainally this apartment seemed great as I was the first and only tenant. Things started to fall apart fast. Appliances are cheap and trash, no insulation between floors. Had constant banging up from downstairs neighbor when I would literally walk across the room or my dog would chew a bone… had bathtub crack and property gave me the runaround for 9 months. Staff is nice and friendly and great people just relatively unhelpful. Property management company has been horrible. False promises to... get you to renew. Also, if you don’t accept your 10% raised rates they will call you the last couple weeks and see if you’ll stay for discounted or same price. Dog park never clean. List goes on
