These apartments are infested with roaches,rats plus on top of that the management doesn't care and the workers spend most of their work hours screwing around and just sitting around it's hard to get things fixed in your apartment then if you're lucky for maintenance to come and try to fix the problem they do bubblegum work but when you don't have a manager that even cares about the property then why would think the employees would care about fixing things right plus on top of it this place is... drug infested on top of that so a good warning don't move here ! I have lived here at Hill Side Manor/Water Meadows, for a year and two months, all I have to say is, if your trying to move out of your parents house, this is a pretty good deal for you to take advantage of, all bills paid, free cable, WiFi, and laundry aid. The only reason I rate this property three stars is because police or ambulances are frequently here blocking traffic, making noise or providing unwanted night lights at crazy hours. Besides the bats, spiders, and frogs this is a decent... neighborhood and is pretty well maintained if you alert the office of any wrong with your space. The apartments I currently are living in are okay, we like in a 1 bedroom 1 bath at 430 square feet. The tiles in the restroom (bathtub) recently just fell off and there was so much mold in them. Weve had maintenance in here 3 times for our air conditioner because its leaking water all over the place. These apartments are very old. The outside of the apartments are very bad. The floor in the parking lot is all messed up, there are pieces of cement missing, very big cracks in the ground and... there are some places where the cement is at a peak. Someones roof just recently caved in so these apartments are not so great. The management as well is not very great, here they give us laundry cards for our free laundry and they cannot even provide these cards we need. They recently just had the wash room closed for a good week. So im writing this review as im looking for a new apartment complex to live. Read More
