Lodge at Timberhill is NOT the place to live at
Manager is unprofessional never in office and she doesn’t live on property.. never sends out 24 notices for maintenance nor pest control they just walk into apartments.. never on top of repairs needed in Apts.. not on complex all balconies are separating from walls so dangerous water heaters always going out power always going out and maintenance is not certified to do any repairs with electrical they take months to do repairs.. pest control just walls in to spray what looks like water becuz the... roaches never die till I buy RAID and spray myself... this manager never walks the grounds and never does any type of repairs to outside of Apts to keep it up to par... she’s rude and lazy I don’t know how she’s a manager.. or why the property owners keep her around.. I’m sure there’s more professional like people who can make this a better place to live in...

the lodge at timberhill
if you are looking for a quiet place to live in the lodge at timberhill is the best option. I have two kids and I have been living here for two years and I have never had a problem. whenever there is something to be fix they will fix it right away. plus the manager is really nice and friendly. I really recommend this apartments.
