Maintenance!

It’s excellent, because everybody that works here at Marquis at Cresta Bella is always at the top of their game. Rick and the gang were just in here, the maintenance crew, and they reversed the hot and cold water washer settings for me. I had not wanted to bother them to take care of this, but, they’re so fast, thorough, and sweet and friendly about everything. It was not a bother to them. I love this place.

Great management and maintenance staff

The best maintenance service ever I submitted multiple maintenance request and within hours every submitted request was completed there attention to detail is amazing. This is my 3rd lease here and it's because the maintenance and management staff is so awesome Thank you Nick !!

So far , So good!

I just moved in this past Friday and the leasing process was super smooth. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and the property is very clean. I have not heard any noises yet that people claim to hear, but it's to be expected living so close to a University, so keep that in mind. I don't really care though because this is my age group and is exactly what I have been looking for. My unit was spotless when I started moving all my stuff in and I can't wait to see what this year holds... living here.

Beautiful apartment!

I’ve been living at the property since December of last year. I really like the new management company, they respond to your email’s the same day. They are also really fast responding to issues in my apartment and have been really nice every time I go in the office. I’m hoping if I keep my fingers crossed they will get package lockers. :)

Perfect area

I love my apartment. I love the area, the property sits on top of a hill with a great view near shopping, restaurants, Fiesta Texas (you can see the fireworks from the top pool), bars, entertsinment, and not far from major highways. This gated property is beautiful with an infinity pool, a resort style pool great for relaxing in the cabanas and swimming laps, grills, gym, community lounge area, concierge trash, 2 dog parks, and I have wonderful neighbors. Some units have garages and/or... yards!

The down side... The very few times i sopoke to the manager she wasnt very pleasant a lityle rude but at least managemenr is now starting to plan property events. I do everything online so I rarely see or need to speak to any of the office staff or maintenance.

Overall I'm happy. I think every city needs a property like this one.
