Moving out was one of the best decision I made. To live here you need to be willing to share apt with roaches, scorpions and frequent snakes that come across the field .when walking your dog you have to look where you walk because there are always creepy crawlers (scorpions) on the sidewalks. These apts are not gated so keep your children close because people drive terrible . almost racing through parking lot. Frequently you see cops called out there. The pool is always closed and rent goes up… every year but no improvements are made. There is a big turn over in management. Work orders take forever to be completed. Lived here for 3 yrs .. no major problems and if there was an issue it was resolved immediately.. Staff and maintenance great people especially Ms Mable .. I did had some issues with flooding in hallway restroom but they never hesitate to fix it; was completely satisfied with mgt when we asked if carpet can be changed to vinyl floor (who puts carpet in dining area lol) ...I liked it here cause they also let you do BBQ with firewood...

I have lived in here almost 3 years. The community is kept up well and maintenance is swift. That being said , I have had major bug issues, gnats and roaches for over a year now that they have been treating to no effect. Also I have had flooding issues in the bathroom almost the entirety I have lived here that have also never been fixed properly. I am usually the only one in the apartment and keep it pretty clean. The property staff does not communicate well between each other and are not… willing to work with me on a solution that I am ok with. My own children don't even want to come to my house anymore because of the severity of these issues. I don't want to be in this apartment so cant blame them. Manager Melissa contacted me after I had to reach out to her personally and told me that she will look into it but that I must give her now time to help, by then my lease will be up and I will be out so not a good immediate solution. She should have been alerted to the situation long ago when the requests were being made over and over as an obvious sign that what they were doing was NOT working.
